Prostate PSA for Trans Women

Hi, it’s been awhile. I’m having one of those writer’s block phases, where I find myself with absolutely nothing useful to say about trans issues. That and it’s summer.
In the meantime, however, this is an important PSA and message for trans women:

But… but… pretty much all the cancer risk goes from prostate to breasts, has been my understanding.
Shouldn’t the risk be reduced for trans women on antiandrogens, especially cyproterone?
